Late train from Kyoto to Arashiyama

I plan to visit Arashiyama for a full day visit until late at night so that we can experience the Arashiyama Hanatouro (light festival). I am wondering if there are still trains to get back to downtown Kyoto after 10.00 pm on the same day 17th Dec 2016.
