Narita Airport to Hotel JAL City Tamachi

This will be our first trip to Japan. We need to get from Narita Airport to Hotel JAL City Tamachi.
We don't want to take a taxi due to the high cost. Therefore, what trains/subways, local or express are suggested?
Any navigational help is appreciated.

The nearest train station is Tamachi, and Hyperdia is your friend.
By the cheapest trains, it will cost about 1500 yen, more if you take the Narita Express to Shinagawa. If you don't want to walk between stations and the hotel, you can take a short taxi ride.
