Winter bus tours around Biei attractions?

Hello,
I am wandering if there are bus services which offers such tours during February winter period?
mainly to attractions in Biei such as Ken and Mary tree, Mild Seven Hill etc?

Winter season has no tour Bus around Biei.
You could take a local Bus, and walk around Biei.
Bule lake must be beautiful, but Feb is very cold and blizzard, recentley. Be cearful, or else you must be lose your life.
I suggest you in late march, because more safe.
