Where i can find a snow at early december

I travel to japan at early until 20 december for business matter & stay at toyokawa. When weekend i have free time & plan to see the snow. Do you have any sugestion about place near me that have snow at early december? I prefer using train or bus to go there. I just want to see & feel the snow, ya maybe take a picture. I dont want to snowboarding. So maybe spend 1 one night & back to toyokawa.
