Hi, we will be visiting Mt. Fuji in 3rd week Dec, which station is the highest that will be opened during our visiting time?
Is private vehicle(car) allowed to go up to any of these station?
If we only managed to visit only the 4th station, do we still pay the toll road at 2060 yen with Fuji Subaru Line ?

Fuji Subaru Line is a pay toll throughout a year except bad weather and road condition, which you can visit Yoshida 5th station from Yamanashi.
The road charge will be 2,060 Yen(return), or, 620 Yen(single way).
You need studless snow tires as you drive, unable to drive with summer tires.
Fujisan Skyline is a free road from/to Fujinomiya city - Fujinomiya 5th station, but already closed on Nov 7 until mid-April because of snow and icy road.
