Nagano to Yamanouchi (winter)

Hi,

Would like to go from Karuizawa to Yamanouchi. I understand that i would have to take the bus/train from Nagano station.

Could someone provide me the bus/train timetable for the coming January?

Also the location to purchase the Snow Monkey Pass would be nice.

It mentions you can get the Snow Monkey Pass from Nagaden Nagano Station.
