My family and I, a group of 7 adults are staying in Gotemba on Dec 25 and 26. Our hotel is few minutes walk from JR Gotemba Station. On Dec 25, we plan to visit Premium Outlet Store. On Dec 26, we want to tour Mt. Fuji area/Fuji 5 lakes. Ou problem is that we can't find tours coming from Gotemba. Almost all the 1 day tour are coming from Tokyo. Can you suggest what public train or bus to take to reach lake Kawaguchi? Thank you. We also purchased JR passes.

No such tour fr Gotemba.
Take bus to Kawaguchiko fr Gotemba stn
then take a tourist bus or catch a taxi(depends on tourist spots).
Btw Gotemba,Hakone and Kawaguchiko areas is Out of JR Pass(Which one bought?) validity sections.
Or Car rent one miniban/wagon if someone have "IDP".
