What is better of scenery? Hirayu onsen or shin hotaka?
In hirayu onsen, i just know hirayu no mori that is great. What about shin hotaka onsen? Pls give me recommendations of shin hotaka onsen that have superb view!

In my opinion, Shin Hotaka has the best views in the Okuhida area. Note that it is not a town though, but just a few ryokan found here and there.
Hirayu is much more of a town. The views are not bad, either.
