Aoto Keisei Station to Haneda Airport 2016/12/11 22:38
I plan to go to Tokyo and stay at hotel at Ueno , so I will use Narita Sky Access (Keisei) from Narita airport to Ueno. But I will have to fly back to my home at Haneda airport. I would like to use Keisei Railway from Ueno station to Aoto station and then transfer to Haneda Airport by Narita Sky Access or Keisei Main Line. My question is :-
 At Aoto Keisei station , Can I easily cross the platform as I have several heavy baggage , so it is better to have elevator or at least escalator ?
 If I can use elevator or escalator at Aoto station , it is available at both platform ; Narita Sky Access and Keisei Main Line.

Thank you.

No need via Aoto.
Fr JR Ueno(not Keisei-Ueno) until Shinagawa
then take Keikyu line to airport easiest as railway.

I don't know why you insist on Keisei, but note that between Aoto and Haneda, only Aoto to Oshiage is Keisei, and Oshiage to Haneda is not Keisei (it's Toei and Keikyu).
