Lost phone Sapporo

I lost my phone (xiaomi note with black and white pattern) on 11 December 2016 in Sapporo.
I think I lost it when I walked around from Odori park to sukiya retaurant.
I've travelled back to my country.
Please guide me if is there any possibillty to get my phone back

I confirmed the lost item in Chuo-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido.
After December 11, multiple white or black mobile phones have been found.
However, information such as model name is not published.

But there's no reply from them.
Or is there any way to contact lost and found section?

Unfortunately, they do not seem to reply by e-mail.
