Hello Kitty Happy Flight at Chitose Airport?

I will be departing from the Domestic Terminal (for Haneda) at the New Chitose Airport on Feb 14. There is a Hello Kitty Happy Flight attraction at the Chitose airport on the 3th floor (800 yen entrance fee) on the CONNECTING PATH walkway which I would like to visit as I wait for my departing flight time. Since the departure floor is the 2nd floor, will I be allowed to check in for my flight, go through Security on the 2nd floor, then go to the Hello Kitty Happy Flight attraction on the 3th floor, and after that, return to the 2nd floor for departure without going through the long lines at Security again?

If anyone has the answer, I will greatly appreciate the information. Thank you.

All the shopping areas are before security. You can check your baggage for your flight and then go to Hello Kitty. After that you can go through security to your departure gate.
