Can I purchase JR Tokyo Wide Pass at the ticket counter across the Arrival Hall when the JR Travel Service Center at the basement is still closed upon arrival?
Can I use JR Tokyo Wide Pass on Narita Express? Can I reserve seats at Narita Airport if I will take Shinkansen in Tokyo Station going to Echigo-Yuzawa using this pass? Thanks.
