Can I bring Tylenol PM into Japan

I am visiting Japan next week and regularly use Tylenol PM for helping me sleep. I have searched the internet but can't get a straight answer on whether bringing this product into the country will cause me any problems.

You should have no problems at all, as long as you carry less than 2 months supply.
Both Acetaminophen and diphenhydramine, the two ingredients in Tylenol PM, are sold OTC in Japan under a different name.
