Jr-east Nagano Activation after 8.00PM

I have a question regarding to JR-East first Activation.
As I will arrive Haneda Airport very late about 9 PM.

Because I would like to take the shinkansen in the very early morning (Tokyo to Nagano), I have to activate the pass on the day of my arrival.

as I look from here all offices close about 8 PM

However, from this link there are some Midori no Madoguchi that open until 11.00 PM

The opening hours of the midori-no-madoguchi are irrelevant; the pass can only be exchanged at the locations listed on its web page.

Ah so I cannot use this pass as I have to catch Shinkansen in the very early morning of the next day.

Then, Can I just buy Shinkansen ticket at Midori no Madoguchi at that late time?
