Hida Live Dolls Festival

I'm planning my trip to Japan for April and I'll be in Takayama for April 2nd and 3rd. I just found out there is a Hida Live Dolls Festival on the 3rd and I'm interested in attending but can't find too much information about it. I know the festival es held at Hida-Ichinomiya Minashi shrine (right?) and someone wrote that on 2010 started at 10 am, is it pretty much the same schedule? (See below).

[schedule] *last time(2010,59th)
10am: fes start
1pm: parade start
2pm: dedication performance
3pm: introduce of parade women1
3:20pm: rice cakes scatter
3:40pm: photo shooting time
4pm?: fes end

Also, does the parade start at the Takayama urban area? Can the start of it be seen from there? Or all is performed around the shrine?

According to the website below, the parade departed from the shrine at 13:00 last year.

The parade will depart from the shrine at 13:00 and proceed to the nearby streets till 14:00.
Live dolls are introduced and the awards ceremony is held at the precinct of the shrine at 15:00.
Then rice cake throwing ceremony will begin at 15:20 there.
