Flying in Haneda Flying out of Narita

I am flying in from Hawaii to Haneda International Terminal at 22:05 hours and have a flight from Narita Terminal 1 at 11:10 am next morning.
Need advice on
- Where best to spend the night, Haneda Airport or Narita Airport? We are not entirely convinced about the utility of an Airport Hotel considering the travel involved.
- If spending the night at Haneda Airport whats the best way?
- If spending the night at Narita Airport whats the best way?
What's the best way to travel from Haneda to Narita on day 1 night or day 2 morning?

You have several options at Haneda. Note that public transportation becomes very limited or stops at late hours. (1) stay at a hotel near Haneda, with free shuttle service; (2) international terminal is open 24 hours a day, so you can spend the night there; (3) there is a capsule hotel at Haneda Terminal #1; (4) go to a "spa" that's open 24 hours, there is even a free shuttle from Haneda: http://www.heiwajima-onsen.jp/en/index.html
