New Chitose Airport to Sapporo Station Bus

I will be flying into New Chitose Airport around 8:30 pm Feb 8, 2017. I would like to take the Chuo Airport Bus to Sapporo Station IF it passes by the illuminated giant ice sculptures in Odori Park on its route. If not, I will take the train as it is faster.

If anyone knows the answer, please inform me. Thank you.
