Mount Fuji from Haneda Airport

Will be touching down Haneda Airport morning at about 7am.

Please advice me the best way to go to somewhere near Mount Fuji to get a decent hotel, by train or limousine bus, directly from Haneda airport.

We plan to have a day tour to Mount Fuji or Hakone in the next day.

But I touch down in Haneda Airport at about 635am. The bus embarking at 655am, I am afraid I cannot catch it.

The next bus embarking at 1055am, which I have to wait another 3 hours.

Do you have another alternative? Or can you please recommend to go or to do something these 3 hours?
