Going to Japan - first time

Hey guys!
I decided to all of a sudden book a trip to Japan.
I'm going to Tokyo in August. I can speak a little Japanese.... maybe 50 - 100 words. I've never been to Japan before
Its easy to find the typical tourist attractions but i'm not sure where to go at night.
I want some cool bars/lounges/clubs (not too crazy clubs haha).
I'm 29, kind of a dressy guy, white, I can handle my liquor.
need some recommendations! - also, money isnt an issue.
