I will visit Mt. Aso from 5 to 6 of March 2017. As I will be driving a car, I want to know if the toll road from the lower rope way station to the crater is within the 1 km. no-entry zone? If so, where can I park? Does it mean that the nearest point I can go is the lower rope way station while the 1 km. no-entry zone is still effective?

The toll road is closed (and I understand damaged). It lies within the 1km no-entry zone.
If so, where can I park?
At the lower ropeway station or at the Kusasenri parking lot.
