best valued transportation card?

Here is our itinerary:

10days Manila-Tokyo-Osaka-Manila

arrive narita airport transfer to shinjuku accomodation
day 1-3 roam around tokyo
day 4 day tour hakone
day 5 transfer to kyoto
day 5-7 roam around kyoto
day 7 (night) transfer to osaka
day 8-10 roam osaka
depart via kansai airport from tennoji

would jrpass be the best? or should we get ic cards for each location? :)

Get a Pasmo or Suica card while in Tokyo. Return it before heading off to Kyoto. Then get a Icoca in Kyoto, and return it at KIX before you leave.
