Collect baggage at Ta-q-bin Osaka center

I would like to know in this case:
I will send my baggage from Tokyo to Osaka
But in Osaka, I won't stay in a hotel, so there will be no one to receive my baggage at Osaka.
So, my idea is to send my baggage to be left at Ta-Q-Bin Office in Osaka and then when I arrive at Osaka, I will go to collect it by my self at there.
