Seek advice on passes

Hi,
I will travel to Osaka and Kyoto. Below is my planned itinerary:
Day1: reached KIX around 5pm, to Osaka (hotel near Imamiya station). Visit Osaka (night view)
Day2: visit Osaka (Osaka castle, floating garden, etc)
Day3: head to Kyoto. Visit Kyoto
Day4: visit Kyoto
Day5: visit Kyoto, back to Osaka (hotel near Shin-Osaka)
Day6: visit Osaka, travel to KIX
Shall I get ICOCA+HARUKA card? Possible to use Haruka 4 times (KIX to Osaka, Osaka to Kyoto, Kyoto back Osaka, Osaka to KIX)? Or any better suggestions?
How about Osaka amazing pass (day 2)?
How about Kyoto pass? Or Kansas through pass?

If I'm not mistaken, the IC+transport packages are for one-time use of the transport to/from the airport unless the r/t option is purchased. The Hanukkah gets you into Osaka. After that, you use the IC card.
