Ikoi no Ie means house (Ie) of (no) rest (Ikoi). This is very common phrase in Japan so there are so many Ikoi no Ie. I live in Kagoshima, southern most part of Kyushu island and there are some Ikoi no Ie in Kagoshima prefecture (I don't know them personally, but quick google search shows some :). So, I guess you are reffering to Ikoi no Ie guesthouse in Kyoto (since you are traveller and going from some place nearby Namba, and Kyoto is the most suitable candidate) and searched the route on the googlemap.

Walk to Gojo station.
Metro Karasuma line to Shijo.
Walk from Metro Shijo to Hankyu Karasuma station.
Hankyu Kyoto line to Awaji, transfer to Hankyu Senri line connected with Osaka Metro Sakaisuji line to Nippombashi.
Walk 3 min to Namba Oriental Hotel.

You can see the route on Hyperdia.

You only need two transfer: At Kyoto Metro Shijo station to Hankyu Karasuma station, and at Hankyu Awaji station. At Awaji you don't need to go out of the station, just change the train. Station staff will help you if you show "Nippombashi" written on your smartphone or something.

If you refer to other Ikoi no Ie, sorry for my misunderstanding. Please show the address in that case.
