Shirakawago - Takayama bus ticket online

Hi Everyone,
We are going from Kanazawa to Takayama with a several hour stopover in Shirakawa-go. I just bought a bus ticket from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go online through japanbusonline, but when I went to buy one from Shirakawa-go to Takayama it was not listed as an option. Does anyone know anything about this?
