Dear Sirs
We plan to have a trip to the Kawachi Fujien Wisteria Garden on or before end of May , approx 29 May 2017. I wonder if the garden still open and will it require to advance purchase of the tickets?

Currently the peak forecast seems to be for around May 2nd or so, though more accurate forecast is possible only when April comes around. They say they are open till mid-May, which we understand to be the 20th at latest :(
