JR exchanged office closing time

Kindly advice the SHINAGAWA station JR office for JR Pass exchanged the closing time.
One site said 19:00 - http://www.japanrailpass.net/en/exchange.html
another one said 20:00 -https://www.eki-net.com/pc/jreast-shinkansen-reservation/English/wb/co...

So what is the correct one and which office can do the JR Pass exchanged ?

It's 19:00 but the airport is often later.

May I known if I purchase the JR Pass at Haneda Airpoprt (close at 18:30) would there accept credit card and if so what type of credit card (Amex, Visa ?)

I would assume major credit cards like MC and VISA.

Thank you. I found it at the link provided it is JCB, AMEX, VISA, Master and Diners Club. Almost all major credit card type.

In case you cannot visit the JR East Travel Service Center in HND during the hours, you might hope to visit Travel Service Center in Tokyo Station (open 7:30 - 20:30).
Credit cards of the same brands can be accepted there as that at the Center in HND.

(Unless you plan to have a long-distance JR rail trip on that day, I suppose, you would not need to acquire a Japan Rail Pass quickly after clearing the immigration procedures.)

Japan Rail Passes are handled only at a limited number of customer offices in Japan.
"View Plaza�h is a brand of shops managed by a travel agency company in the group of East Japan Railway Company [JR-East].
It seems that Japan Rail Passes are not available at View Plaza shops.
