Hi
Will like to enquire if there is any expressway bus from tokyo stn/shinjuku to Tokyo Country German Village?
If not, what is the most convenient way?
Is it a good time to visit the place during Mid April (14 April). Will it be Shibazakura full bloom period?
I am actually deciding between German Village and Hitachi Seaside Park but seems like nemophilia wont be bloom by the time i visit.
Please advice.
