Can i get a new DSLR in JAPAN cheaper than price?
I don't need anything fancy just a basic one.

Check out Yodobashi or Bic Camera websites for the models with which you are familiar and see if the prices are the same or cheaper.

Be aware that some cameras sold in Japan do not have the option to change the language on the display. I saw a sign warning customers about that at a BIC camera shop in Tokyo the other day.
