Hello!
I will be in Kyoto from 10-15 May. I plan to buy Icoca plus Haruka from KIX Airport. My itineraries are below:
10 May night areival
11 May Full Day Kyoto
12 May Himeji /Kobe/Nara
13 Full day kyoto
14 Osaka
15 Departure
My concern is 12 May, will ICOCA covers the train from Kyoto to himeji/kobe/nara?
If not, or if there is cheaper pass, kindly advise :)

You've got way too much planned for the 12th. All three destinations can be done as half-day trips, but squeezing in all three plus travel time is going to make that day way too rushed. Nara by itself can take a full day!
The ICOCA will cover local transport, but not the shinkansen, which is the fastest way to get to Himeji.
