Where exactly does Ura Harajuku located?

I plan to go to Ura Harajuku this weekend so I would like to confirm of its location. Hopping off at the Harajuku station, at the opposite side, is Takeshita dori street. Is Ura Harajuku located after passing through Takeshita dori street? Thank you.
