Tashirojima ferry

Hi there, this month a few friends of mine will visit Japan and they would love to go to the cat island Tashirojima. I was able to find a schedule for the ferry from Ishinomaki to the island, but it seems there are several stops along the way. I don't trust my Japanese enough to fully understand when the ferry will depart from Ishinomaki and when it will go back from Nitoda port. Thank you for your help! The website says depart from Ishinomaki is 9:00, 12:00 and 15:30.
Back from Nitoda port is 7:40, 14:12 and 15:33.
