Fuji Shibazakura festival 2017/5/10 02:55
Hi there, I would like to visit Fuji Shibazakura festival. Does it make sense if I drop by there while travelling from Tokyo to Osaka? I purchased the JR pass.

Unless manage to find the bus from Shin-Fuji station on JR Tokaido Shinkansen, access might not be that straightforward.

It's not really "on the way", but I'd say it's worth visiting.
Especially now that Golden Week is over, it might be very pleasant. :)

However, make sure to check out a live cam before you leave Tokyo.
Even if the weather seems clear, Mt. Fuji likes to hide.

When I visited it was clear, but yet Mt. Fuji always tried to hide, yet the photos turned out quite lovely.
