Zenkoji Shukubo for single guest?

Hi,
I am keen to stay 1 night at a shukubo near Zenkoji, but most of the temples provided on the zenkoji website only accepted bookings with min 2 guests.
Anyone knows of any shukubo that would accept a single guest booking? I would really appreciate any advice or tips. Thanks :)

I have made a few times solo bookings at Zenkoji shukubo (youth hostel, just off the temple) before. But I had to cancel each time because of a travel plan change. I don't see why you can't. Shukubo is not a ryokan where normally take 2 or more. I always stay solo at shukubos wherever I can and I do. I always use Daishin in Zen temple wherever in Kyoto.
