Furano and Biei in 1 day, doable?

Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to see Furano and Biei in one day? I am checked in at a hotel in Sapporo. What train do I take?
This is my planned itinerary:
Lavender East
Farm Tomita
Flower Land Kamifurano
Biei Patchwork Road
Biei Panorama Road

If you have a car, you might be able to do it. If you use public transportation, it will probably be too difficult.
