Luggage transfer from Kawaguchiko

Have searched by google, cant seem to find any solution.
We are arriving from Takayama by bus to kawaguchiko and staying for 2 nights.
We plan to travel back to tokyo via Hakone area which would be difficult with bags, if allowed at all.
What are my best options if there is no luggage service from kawaguchiko.
Thank you for any suggestions

Luggage services are offered nationwide
Doesn't mean it's always easy to find a place to send it from...

By the way, there are places whence it is not possible to send luggage at all without a prior pickup appointment with the shipping compay.

Most hotels and convenience stores will handle it.

Thanks for replie. There are number of convenience stores around kawaguchiko stn. From their website (in Japanese), google translation showeaning they cannot ship out? Luggage and carry-Ship receive luggage Saturday sales Sundays and holidays business 24 hours a day ※ part, there is a store that can not bring it out.The last line means cannot ship out? Appreciate if someone could post me a proper translation from this link: https://goo.gl/ib63Z4Thank you. Leaving for Japan in 2 days time.

※ part, there is a store that can not bring it out.
The original message for this line is:
※一部、持込発送出来ない店舗があります。
meaning there are some stores which do not accept luggage for shipping.
However, there is a message 荷物を持込発送できる, which means this store accept luggage for shipping so I (a Japanese) am confused about the message in Japanese. Perhaps, the last line is unnecessary, and you can send your luggage from this store.

Thanks frog1954
It seems to be same for all the sites (checked with those with web links) near Kawaguchiko. They all have same message.
If we cant use delivery service, we have to bring them along the route through Hakone. Hope they allow. Else we may have to abandon the Hakone part and take direct express bus from Kawaguchiko stn to Shinjuku.
Other alternative is to send bags direct from Takayama to Tokyo, but then we have to backpack for 3 nights.

Hi all Sorry for late posting. Just for information, the hotel where we were staying, Shiki-no-yado, provided the service to transfer luggage to Tokyo, but they measured the bags one category higher than what hotel at Nagano did.
