do I need visa for transit in Narita?

Hi everyone ... I'm flying to Thailand from Mexico ... But I have to transit in Narita for 3 hrs... I'll arrive 6:20am to Narita airport terminal 1 & depart to Thailand through Narita airport terminal 2. (9:15am- same calendar day) ... Do I need visa for that? Please answer me if somebody know... Thanks for your time.
