Bringing prescription medical devices?

I need to use prescription custom made foot orthotics for walking more than a few blocks and need to bring 2 pair with me for my tour. Same for bringing a prescription custom made mouthpiece (Elastic Mandibular Adjustment Appliance) that is used in lieu of my stay-at-home CPAP machine, to control my loud snoring and moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Will I have to apply for a Yakkan Shoumei to bring these with me for our 2 week tour?
