Hi,
i would like to find out is the Setouchi area pass cover local train and buses to HF(From Yamaguchi.)?
is the pass cover local buses at
Kita Kyushu?

No, unlike some other rail passes, the Setouchi Area Pass does not cover the buses to Akiyoshido.
is the pass cover local buses at Kita Kyushu?
No, there is no JR pass that covers the buses in Kitakyushu.
