Is my homemade sake bad?

I mixed thia sweet rice (glutinous) with rice yeast (men) and let sit for 2 weeks then transferred two another glass bottle to get rid of sediment. Then let sit for 3 days and did it again. Its still non transparent at all not even the slightest and smells kinda sour. Is my saki bad?

It requires proper temperature control and time management, so it may not have worked...
