Is my homemade sake bad? 2017/7/16 05:32
I mixed thia sweet rice (glutinous) with rice yeast (men) and let sit for 2 weeks then transferred two another glass bottle to get rid of sediment. Then let sit for 3 days and did it again. Its still non transparent at all not even the slightest and smells kinda sour. Is my saki bad?

Is your homemade sake legal?
