Hakone to Asagiri Kogen bus stop

Will be staying at Hakone Lake Hotel. How do I get to the Asagiri Kogen Paragliding at the Michi no Eki Asagiri Kogen bus stop? How long will it take to get from hotel to Kawaguchiko Station? Thank you.

Bc it is the opposite side of Mt. Fuji, it is the worst plan unless you use car rent.
