Fuji Subaru 5th Station in March

Is there anything I can do/see on the mountain in March?

I know I can't climb the mountain.
Subashiri and Fujinomiya 5th Station are closed in March
There's nothing to do at Gotemba 5th Station.

Is Fuji Subaru 5th Station open?
This website states there is a toll road open to the public cars outside of climbing season.
Is it open in March? Are the views good? Where does it begin?

I checked "subaruline.jp" and saw data of 2017 March.
And found that we could not go to 5th station all days in 2017 March.
In March,"All closed","operation to 1st step parking","operation to 4th step parking".
First day we could go to 5th station was 2017 April 20.

So there is nothing to do ON the mountain in March...
I guess I will just visit the lakes, ropeway, and Aokigahara forest.
I hope that's at least open!

I stayed in Hakone this past March - we had really nice views of the mountain from the Komagatake ropeway. It was warm enough to enjoy the outdoors, but we still had much better visibility than the summer months. And that's a great season to enjoy onsen!
