This is quite tricky. The closest pass would probably be the Kansai-Hiroshima area one: https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/ticket/pass/kansai_hiroshima/

But be warned of two things:

1. You must cover the whole route in 5 days to be completely covered on the pass.
2. There is an extra charge of approx 3000 yen on express trains from Osaka - Tottori and Tottori - Hiroshima. You can avoid this by going to Tottori via Kinosaki on the Hamakaze, but this will take longer, which is hard if you only have 5 days.

If you have more time, you can take a bus from Osaka to Tottori (3700 yen, 3.5 hours) and use the pass to cover the parts of your trip that will use the shinkansen, but that route would only be a little bit cheaper on the pass because of the surcharge. Still, it would save you a little money. You would have the best savings if you took the route from Osaka to Tottori that is completely covered by the pass, and complete the whole trip in 5 days; that would be the best use of the pass. I hope that makes sense!

Two options:-

As above, 13,500 hiroshima-kansai pass 5 days 13,500 yen, plus pay the extra 3000 yen between Tottori and Tsugura.

or

JR Sanyo-San'In pass 7 days 19,000 yen

@ YeenKee
When and How many days?

@ hakata14
No Tsugura, "Tsuyama".
And not always "3000Y(2960Y/Reserved seat)" plus,
if no need "LtdExp Super Hakuto" or "Super Inaba", you can take a "Local" slower train only 1490Y plus.

Btw Tottori and Hiroshima "Highway bus" operated, but not so many numbers and expensive(4500Y/oneway).
