Yumeguri Tegata (Gero Onsen Pass)

Does anyone have the hotel list and the available times for each hotel for the Yumeguri Tegata (Gero Onsen Pass) that is worth 1300yen?

There is a list in Japanese at http://www.gero-spa.or.jp/yu_meguri/
but there isn't an English version.

When I use google translate, the hotel names and times didn't seem right.

Can anyone help?
