Buying lipase in Japan for cheesemaking

I have been making my own cheese for a while, doing the best I can with whatever ingredients I can find.
It would be great to buy lipase but I have had no luck on Amazon or Yahoo Shopping.
Any leads would be much appreciated.
PS: Any other cheesemakers here?

The only cheesemaking recipes I can find on the internet in Japanese refer to "rennet" (レンネット) and lactic acid bacteria (yogurt). Is that something you are familiar with?

I was interested in trying out cheesemaking when I was in Tokyo before. It just seemed like such an effort to find the stuff needed for it. I hope you have better luck than I.
To be fair, many Japanese people could barely identify what we (Europeans and N.Americans) would call "real cheese", just because they eat so little of it. There's no way cheesemaking can be even remotely popular in Japan.
