please explain the difference in detail .

gNomisugiru/nomisugimasuh is a verb meaning gover-drink,h gdrink excessively (beyond your capacity).h

The first sentence simply says gI drank a lot of beer,h while the second says gI drank too much beerh gI over-drank on beer.h
