Need to reserve/register for Snow Miku?

Snow Miku is going to be held at Wing Bay Otaru on 4-5 Feb. I wonder if registration is required? Or one simply comes and goes as one pleases? Will there likely be a long queue? My group is not going to Japan just for this, but I personally am interested and would like to drop in while I am in Otaru/Sapporo. Wondering how difficult that will be. On the official website, it says admission is free. However I do not know if one needs to register in advance. https://snowmiku.com/2023/location_en.htmlJust to clarify, not looking for the Magical Mirai concert which is held concurrently, that one is by a lottery system and the application period is already over. I am not attending that. I am talking only about the event in Wing Bay Otaru.
