There might be one. A new series called Sugoi Hanabi (awesome fireworks) has been successful so far.

It's an open-air festival where you can enjoy a couple of hours of fireworks and quality recorded music for a price. Technology has now allowed us to enjoy fireworks of all colors and shapes appear in sync with the greatest rock'n'roll songs of all time, and tickets have allowed us to avoid crowd. I attended one, and everyone including me agreed that it was worth the price.

So far, they did versions with recorded music of Queen (in Osaka and Fukuoka), the Rolling Stones (in Fuchu in the outskirts of Tokyo) and B'z (in Makuhari). Stay tuned for the next.

I personally find the pages of xxxWalker quite useful to find events. They have different pages for Hanami, fireworks, koyo, flowers. …

Currently it is still 2022 data. Note that in 2022 still a lot of fireworks were either cancelled, or toned down or not widely announced in order to minimize crowds. Japan had a very high COVID wave in summer 2022. So potentially even in 2023 there will still be less fireworks than pre pandemic.
