Online tickets for Noh at Heian Jingu, Kyoto?

Hello,
I'd like to attend this Noh performance in Kyoto at the Heian Jingu Shrine, which is outdoors by night and sounds quite special. However I can't see a way of purchasing tickets online although the website says something about 'electronic tickets'. Does anyone know how you can buy online tickets in advance for it? Thanks.

If you use this screen for the first time, it seems that you need to register as a Friends member. (free)
You can move to the reservation screen from the screen at the bottom of the ticket reservation screen.
You need to enter your address and name in Japanese.
