I would like to visit Railway Museum in Saitama as a group of students and lecturers from Thailand. I want to email the museum to give more details of our group. I cannot find the email of the museum online.

I can only find their fax number (for sending in a form for a group visit, 20 or more people), which is
048-651-0570. So in addition to your outgoing dial code, you dial 81 (for Japan), then 48-651-0570.
THey do have a detailed form to fill out though…. You might try checking their Facebook page, and message them there?

do you want to arrange everything, like flight, transportations, and accommodations, by yourself ? it is highly inefficient and difficult to do.
you can use travel agencies, like JTB. then, they will take care of your various wishes.
for example, the museum provides some services for groups. if you don't know those, you can't do anything.
